  • Pinnacle covers most major components against major faults. A summary of covered components can be found on the “Coverage” tab on our website. General wear and tear (such as brake pads and tyres) is not covered.

  • Step 1: Lodge your claim online or with an authorised repairer.
    Step 2: Receive fast approval from our dedicated claims team.
    Step 3: Get your vehicle repaired and back on the road—hassle-free.

     

  • You must not elect your own repairer. When claiming we will advise you of your closest authorised repair centre and you will be required to get all work done there. For regular servicing you may elect your own service centre if >50km away from Cavalo Service Department (CSD). If you reside within 50km of CSD all regular servicing must be completed at CSD.

  • Pinnacle Warranty IS NOT transferable between owners.

  • However long is stipulated in your plan (12, 24, or 36 months) or until your vehicle reaches 200,000km.

  • Pinnacle Warranty is designed to cover all ranges of vehicles with slightly different pricing based on individual vehicle categories.

  • Pinnacle Warranty is only valid for cars with an up to date service history. In the event you miss a service or intend to get one after the recommended kms please contact us ASAP to ensure your coverage does not lapse.

  • Yes. All valid claims are fully covered with no out-of-pocket fee (relating to the repairs themselves) for the customer.
